The location up in the hills was marvellous, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, there was a balcony and storage space in the room, and everyone was friendly and amicable.

Beautiful location, lovely dining room and terraces. Lucky to be there on a weekday with little traffic on the switchbacks. Good value, great views, interesting menu. Seems to be a real local hot spot

Enjoyed this hotel, had really nice experience. Everything was excellent, so were delightful views of the lake and mountains. We had the guest room which was brand-new and cheap.

The restaurant offered reasonably priced and tasty dinner options, and the location was convenient for reaching all the places I wanted to visit.

when we visit bellagio, like staying here. the hotel is fairly clean, has views of the lake and mountains. the location is nice, close to lake and mountains, a very nice area away from the hustle and bustle of the lovely and very popular bellagio and bus stop. besides, we loved the lake, located within 20 mins walk of the property.

The location is incredible as well as the view of the lake.

The restaurant is average but has a nice terrace with a view of the lake.

Affordable hotel with extremely friendly and excellent staff and incredibly beautiful views of mountains and lake. Location - excellent, really close to the reasonably priced restaurant, Bellagio and the area and lake como. A lot of food options within walking distance of the venue.

Located on the top of the hill overlooking Lake Como, lady running the hotel and her husband seemed like a nice couple, nice breakfast - excellent coffee and cakes (there wasn't much left, but we asked for some local cheese and ham and they were delicious), restaurant has got a terrace with beautiful view, breakfast costs 5 Euros per person and it's worth it, in the evening hotel restaurant serves pizzas (price range from 6,50 euro) which is cheap for the area and food looked really good, haven't noticed anything else on the menu, there's a free parking outside the hotel, hotel is out of Civenna town centre, but it's possible to walk, there's a bus just outside going to Bellagio (didn't look at the timetables), but I would advise a car, there's a parking in Bellagio centre, costs around 1.50 Euro/ hour

Staff doesn't speak English, but it wasn't really a problem Based on the reviews of this hotel, I'd like to think we ended up in the worst possible room, it looked nothing like on the photos provided, so we were quite disappointed, bathroom and shower were really tiny, furniture needed updating, it generally wasn't nice at all, it was really noisy day and night, as the hotel is by the road which seems to be popular with bikers

The hotel has a patio with a gorgeous view over Lake Como from high up on a mountain. The food is good and you can eat your meals looking out over the lake. It was clearly a spot appreciated by locals as well as tourists, because there were as many residents as guests in the restaurant while we were there.

Friendly staff and excellent view. The room was small but the bathroom was a good size and was clean and bright. Had things for children to do like swimming pool, table tennis and pool table. Food at the restaurant was also excellent. Staff were also very accommodating to our lack understanding of the Italian language.

Room was small and furniture in bedroom was old and beds were a little hard.

The location is great and it's situated in a lovely area; we had a delightful dinner at a nice restaurant.

The view from the north side of the hotel is nice. Rooms are rather clean
